Tendlio opens on September 28. The first 20 stores keep 50% off for life. Join the waitlist →
Tendlio analyzes your store, ranks what’s costing you money, and then does the work: it sends the recovery emails, marks down what’s stopped selling, and puts the right products in front of shoppers. Where the decision is yours, like what to restock or what to charge, you get it with the numbers already worked out. Then it measures what each fix earned, and the next one is waiting.
Works inside wp-admin · Reads your order history from day one · Nothing that emails a customer or changes a price runs until you switch it on
The first pass takes minutes on most stores. After that Tendlio re-reads your store every week and the list stays current on its own.
Install Tendlio like any plugin, answer three questions, and the first scan starts on its own. It reads your orders, products, customers, stock, margins, checkouts, coupons and reviews, so day one starts from your full history instead of an empty dashboard.
On most stores the first results are ready in minutes. After that you get a fresh read every week, and you can run a new scan yourself any time you want one.
Your store gets two scores out of 100: one for your inventory, one for your customers. Each blends several signals, some counting more than others, into a single read on where that side of your store stands.
Click either score and it breaks down into its parts, in plain English, with your own numbers next to each one. No forty-chart wall, no guessing which graph matters.
Everything the analysis finds becomes a card on one to-do list, ranked worst-first. Each card tells you four things: what’s wrong, why it matters, how much money is involved, and what happens next. Some cards are a single switch. Others hand you a decision only you can make, with the numbers already worked out.
Fix something and it moves to your done list. Dismiss something that doesn’t fit your store and it stays out of your way. The list refreshes with every scan, so there’s always a truthful answer to “what should I work on this week?”
Every fix ends in a built-in tool, not a link to documentation. Most of them run on their own once you turn them on: Tendlio sends the recovery emails, deepens your clearance markdowns on the schedule you set, asks for a review after delivery, and keeps the right products in front of shoppers.
Nothing that touches your customers or your prices runs until you switch it on, and you can preview everything first. Then Tendlio measures the effect from your own orders and adds it up on one page, with every amount showing how it was counted.
Pick an area. Each tool works on its own, so you can turn on one and leave the rest off, and the ones that email a customer or change a price stay off until you say so.
One list of what’s costing you money, biggest first.
Two scores out of 100, one for inventory and one for customers, each opening into its parts with your own numbers next to them. Below them, the to-do list: every finding is a card that says what’s wrong, why it matters, how much money is involved, and what happens next, with a button straight into the tool that fixes it.
Mark a card done and the next scan checks it against your data. Mark it not relevant and it stays gone. The list refreshes with every weekly scan, and the admin menu shows how many fixes are open.
Every product, with the numbers that decide what to do with it.
One table for the whole catalog: a health color set against your own store’s pace (fast for a balloon shop is not fast for an electronics shop), ABC class, monthly sales, revenue, 30-day forecast, days to stockout, stock, price, cost and margin, supplier and brand.
Filter by health, ABC class, category, brand, supplier, stock or margin, sort any column, export to CSV. It also catches products priced below cost and thin-margin best-sellers where a small price correction goes straight to profit.
Know what runs out before it does.
A 30-day forecast for every product that understands seasonality: it matches the same calendar weeks from the last two years, so December is not judged by November. Restock lists what runs out in 7, 14 or 30 days with a suggested quantity, colored by each supplier’s own lead time.
Suppliers keeps each supplier’s lead time and email, shows your exposure per supplier, and builds a ready-to-send purchase list for each one. The Forecast page compares predicted with actual orders and revenue, day by day.
Dead stock turns into cash on a schedule you set.
Tendlio splits slow stock honestly: what is truly dead and should be cleared, and what is still worth reviving before you give away margin. Auto outlet then marks down the dead stock in steps that only ever deepen, on the days you set, and reverses with one click.
It never touches a sale price you set yourself, skips products waiting for their season, and runs in preview mode until you switch it live. Manual outlet is the same table for hand-picked items: pick, discount, done.
Winter stock is not dead stock in July.
Tendlio reads two years of sales to find each product’s peak months. Off-season products are kept out of the dead-stock judgment and out of the outlet, and the forecast knows their peak is coming.
Young stores get a “needs review” list instead of a guess, and your own call on a product always wins over the detection.
Know who’s worth what, and who’s slipping away.
Every customer lands in a plain-English segment, from Champions and Loyal to At risk, Hibernating and One-time, with the time windows adapted to what you sell. Each segment shows its size and revenue, with what to do about it and a button to email it.
The customer list shows orders, lifetime revenue, average order, last order and segment for every real customer, with views for top spenders, discount-led buyers, refund-heavy buyers and the ones going quiet. Cohorts group customers by the month they first bought and follow their value over twelve months.
Checkouts that almost happened come back.
When a shopper types their email at checkout and never finishes, Tendlio keeps the cart. One recovery email goes out through your own email account, with the offer chosen from the cart: free shipping if they were paying for it, a discount if shipping was already free, a plain reminder for a cart that is still fresh.
Coupons are single-use and expire, nobody gets chased twice in a week, and shoppers who come back on their own are counted as exactly that, so the revenue Tendlio claims is revenue Tendlio earned.
The second order is the steepest step, so it gets its own email.
A welcome email after the first paid order, and a second-order nudge timed to how often your kind of store gets bought from. Both go through your own account, both are editable with a live preview, and both measure what they brought back.
Stores that sell on a rhythm, like consumables or pet supplies, get the nudge on that rhythm; event-driven stores get it around the occasion instead. Tendlio picks the mode from your store type.
Write once, send to a segment, see what it did.
A block editor with headings, text, buttons, images and live product cards from your catalog, over twenty starters, three design themes with your brand colors, personalization tokens and a test send to yourself. A campaign sends a saved email to a segment at a safe pace and reports opens, clicks and the sales that followed.
Every prompt in the AI prompt library is written for one segment; paste it into your own ChatGPT or Claude and paste the result back. Sending goes through your own Brevo, SMTP or Amazon SES account, stays off until you switch it on, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Reviews from happy buyers, a private ear for the unhappy ones, and VIPs greeted by name.
A few days after delivery, buyers get a short “how did it go?” email. Four and five stars are guided to a public review on your product page; anything lower goes to a private form that only you see. A thank-you coupon is optional, and so is a Google review link, which stays off until you decide.
Customer recognition greets your Champions and Loyal customers when they shop, with an occasional thank-you coupon gated by both order count and time since the last one, so it lands as a reward and never a routine. Orders from top customers get a “Top customer” note in the admin.
Sell more to the visitors already on your site.
Recommendations come from what your own customers buy together: on the product page, in the cart, and on the homepage, where a logged-in shopper’s row is picked from their own orders. Sold-out products show in-stock alternatives, and the Deals page gives every marked-down product one place to sell.
Smart Product Sort reorders your category pages by profit per day in season, gives new arrivals a fair start and sinks what is out of stock. Everything is drawn as Tendlio’s own cards, so it works with page builders too, and the storefront report shows views, clicks, add-to-carts and sales for each widget.
What each feature earned, from your own orders.
Sales lift adds up the sales Tendlio can trace to its own work: recovered checkouts, recommendation sales, cleared dead stock, review rewards, welcome and second-order emails. One order is counted once, every amount shows how it was counted, and each line links to the feature that earned it.
The reports answer questions instead of drawing forty charts: revenue against the previous period, best sellers, biggest risers and fallers, categories, margins, revenue lost to stockouts, customers, email, storefront. A weekly summary lands in your inbox with what changed and what to focus on.
Everything that touches your customers or your prices ships switched off. You choose what to turn on, preview everything first, and price changes reverse with one click. Every email Tendlio sends carries an unsubscribe link, and it all goes through your own email account, so your sender reputation stays yours.
Off by default. Recovery emails, review requests, campaigns and outlet markdowns all wait for your switch.
Preview first. Every email has a live preview and a test send; the outlet has a preview mode that changes nothing.
Your own account. Email goes through your Brevo, SMTP or Amazon SES; customer data stays in your store.
One click back. Outlet markdowns and price tests reverse to the price you had, schedule included.
